RIDE-ON TIRE PROTECTION
SYSTEM |
|
Ride-On TPS is a revolutionary product that makes any tire (tyre)
into a self-sealing tire. While you drive, the gel-like product
evenly coats the inner surface of your tire. The coating helps
eliminate chronic air leaks, balances the tire, reduces the operating
temperature of the tire and instantly seals punctures using fibers
that are six times stronger than steel. One application of Ride-On
will last for the life of your tires. |

Commercial High Speed (CHS) Formula
Ride-On Tire Protection System (TPS)
Commercial High Speed (CHS) tire sealant formula is designed for
vehicles operating at speeds in excess of 30 miles per hour (50
km/h). The CHS tire sealant formula will seal punctures in tube and
tubeless tires from perforating objects up to 1/4" (6.35 mm) in
diameter that enter the tread area of the tire. Commercial High Speed
Formula (CHS) is a revolutionary gel that helps balance tires and
turn them into self-sealing tires using fibers that are six times
stronger than steel. CHS helps tires maintain their pressure up to
500% better than untreated tires. Properly inflated tires that are
balanced run cooler and last longer. Less flexing, bounce and fatigue
equals longer tire life - up to 25% or more! The CHS formula is
designed for use in medium and heavy trucks, tractors, trailers,
buses, roll-offs, street sweepers, tanker trucks, Suvs, pickups,
cars, or any commercial vehicle that travels at speeds in excess of
30 mph. |

Conditioner & Sealant (TC&S)
Formula Ride-On TPS Tire Conditioner and
Sealant (TC&S) Forumula is
a specially formulated industrial-grade tire sealant that protects
tires and rims of vehicles operating at speeds less than 30 mph
(50kmh). TC&S,
a preventive maintenance product, is designed to reduce downtime by
sealing punctures, condition casings, and help to reduce rim
corrosion and scale buildup in industrial, off-road and agricultural
tires. Additionally, TC&S extends tire life by reducing porosity air
loss, a major cause of under inflation and heat buildup in tires. TC&S
is ideal for forklift, landscaping, ATV, agricultural, and other
industrial tires.

Extreme Protection When Downtime is NOT an Option!
Heavy Duty
Off-Road (HDOTR) Formula
Ride-on TPS Heavy Duty Off-Road (HDOTR)
Formula is designed for off-the-road vehicles that require extra
protection in extreme operating conditions. The HDOTR formula was
designed for use by the military, landfills, quarries, construction
companies, or any mission critical vehicle that travels less than 30
mph. The HDOTR formula offers maximum protection against punctures
from objects up to 1/2" (12.7mm) in diameter. It is ideal for skid
steers, scrappers, graders, mining and logging vehicles. The HDOTR™
formula conditions casings, and extends tire life by helping tires
run cooler. |

An improvement is less
noise from the tires on highway (with ride-on). -
Ziggy Soh, Land Rovers Owners, Singapore
Ride-On TPS sealant was selected as a
preferred vendor and product after an exhaustive testing and evaluation
period covering more than 2 years. These long term tests included police
cruisers… As of January of 2002, the installation of Ride-On TPS was
mandated in all tires mounted on the City of Baltimore vehicles.-
Charles Krysiak, Fleet Administrator - City of Baltimore
To date, the
tires that were treated with Ride-On have stayed at the pressure we
initially aired them up to, plus or minus 1 or 2 psi, for over 9 months.
Additionally, we did some tire temperature tests with our infrared
temperature gun and noticed a 30-degree difference in tires with Ride-On
installed, compared to those without Ride-On. The air pressure
maintenance coupled with cooler running tires confirms your company’s
claims that Ride-On can help extend our tire life.-
